It states they didn't change the amount of work they did. They simply compressed 5 days into 4 which is doable if you cut out the time sinks. Plus as stated here more rested workers can work harder on the days they are at work.

Wonder when CEOs are going to lobby the government to suppress this report. I mean, they can't have happy employees who aren't under their thumb (at least) five days a week.
