I don't think the problem here was a lack of warnings. This was an engineering/design oversight.

These lampposts looked incredibly solid. They are heavy, thick concrete pillars. Any reasonable adult would look at one and think "yeah, a grown adult shouldn't be able to pull one of these over".

The fact that the thing weighed as much as it did and two kids were able to pull it down on themselves is kind of absurd.
