DeadliQ – AI-powered deadline tracking for important dates buried in documents

https://www.deadliq.com/

raresAIQ•6mo ago
Hey HN,

I’m the creator of DeadliQ (deadliq.com), a SaaS tool that solves one problem really well: making sure you never miss a critical deadline hidden inside a document—like contracts, insurance policies, lease agreements, or renewals.

Why I Built DeadliQ?

I was frustrated by how easy it was to overlook key dates buried in legal or policy documents. Missing a renewal or expiration even once can lead to penalties, missed opportunities, or unnecessary stress. I realized the bridge between documents and reminders was fragile and manual—and ripe for automation.

What DeadliQ Does:

1.Create a project and upload your time-sensitive documents

2.The platform’s AI / OCR + NLP scans the file, extracts potential expiry dates, and prompts confirmation or edits from you

3.DeadliQ then securely stores your documents and sets up a chain of proactive reminders via email

4.Files are encrypted at rest using AES‑256‑GCM, and the encryption keys are managed separately for maximum security

Special Launch Offer

To celebrate the launch and get valuable feedback, the first 100 users to register will receive a 1‑month free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card required.

What I’m Looking For

Honest feedback: what works, what doesn’t, what you’d improve

Feature ideas: suggestions to enhance accuracy or UX

Use case fit: would you choose DeadliQ over manual tracking—or tools like Notion? why or why not

Your insights matter deeply and may end up featured in a future “community feedback” section on the site.

Check it out here—free to sign up, no card needed: www.deadliq.com

Thanks HN! Your feedback will directly influence the next version.
