I'm still a fan of most every law having a sunset provision.

Gambling is degenerate and not something that should be legal. Gen Z is especially vulnerable.

Any lawyers around? What's the potential of this being monetized as a business using intermediary agent individuals (e.g., a "work at home" type more-or-less scam business) to bet large sums on extremely risky sports bets in DC to then recover a large fraction of losses through this law?
