Selling everything to everyone == selling nothing to no one

I've built a lot of projects over the years—some simple, some complex—and I know they provide real value given their stickiness when people actually activate. But despite that, I often struggle to sell them in the first place, especially through inbound channels like landing pages or even my top-ranked Custom GPT for Forms, Workflows & Checklists. When I get someone on a call, it usually turns into a deal. The problem is, most people never make it that far—they get confused or lost before we ever talk. I think it's because I tend to build and market things too horizontally. I try to sell something that can do everything for everyone, and as a result, I end up selling nothing to no one. So now I'm actively looking for a co-founder with a proven track record in product messaging and sales, for at least https://questmate.com and maybe https://scriptable.run
