I’m a sole proprietor. I wanted to understand how much waste there really is in eCommerce shipping packaging. It turned out that many companies ship boxes full of air – sometimes 30–50% of the volume is unnecessary.

So I built a tool that calculates the optimal packaging for each shipment – to reduce shipping costs, improve sustainability, and produce smart ESG reports.

This is still an early demo (no login, just click) – but I’m curious if it’s even interesting to anyone besides me :)
