I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve opened a Google Sheet just to run a quick calculation, then either deleted it or left behind a trail of clutter in my Drive.
So I decided to build a lightweight spreadsheet app that lives in the menu bar of my Macbook, coded it in public and hope it can help some other people as well.
This app is one of many free private apps we are launching (together with a close friend) under the name "GnomeApps" (https://gnomeapps.com).
