Ask HN: Would you use a self-hostable pastebin with AI and team features?

Hey HN!

I'm building Sniptide, a modern pastebin.

It will be open-source, self-hostable, and optionally powered by AI (summaries, formatting help, etc.). You will be able to use it in the cloud. It will support encryption, collaboration, CLI and flexible expiration settings etc.

Right now it's just a waitlist and landing page: https://sniptide.com

Would love to hear if this solves real pain for you!

especially:

– What frustrates you about Pastebin / Gist / OpenGist / others?

– What would make you switch to something new?

– Does AI in a pastebin sound useful or gimmicky?

Thanks
