One, with an onerous significant set of conditions. Effectively that the PA govern all of Palestine (both areas), Hamas disarms, etc.
Israel claims this "rewards Hamas", which is utterly grotesque and is a continuation of the "anything we want to do is justified because of October 7th" position that government has held, and which is no longer sustainable for anyone with humanity to accept.
And the truth is that Hamas will not agree to Canada's conditions, but hopefully it does a tiny bit to move the needle for the people of the area to understand how they need to move forward.

Worth mentioning that not just Canada but the UK and France at least. Overall, it smells like a lot of diplomatic waffle to some extent, but it's still a step in a direction that hasn't been taken before by these countries. Things like that sometimes create sea changes.
