This is kinda nothingburger posturing, though. Russia rattles their nuclear sabre and America does the same; those submarines are pretty much always deployed and it doesn't cost very much to relocate them somewhere strategically valuable. They might not have even left port, it's always possible this is just a big bluff to redirect Russia's attack/patrol craft.
