A small floating button on your site lets visitors give feedback with one of four emojis (angry/disappointed/neutral/happy) and an optional comment. Everything is anonymous and embedded via an iframe. We also log some passive data (current route, language, screen size, OS, country) to add context to each feedback entry.
I made this because existing feedback tools felt too heavy or intrusive. With Emojiboard, leaving feedback takes just seconds. We’re currently using it internally (in our company) and want outside perspectives: - Do you think this approach makes sense? - What features or analytics would be most useful (or unnecessary)? - How would you like to integrate or customize something like this?
Finally, if such a tool existed, would you consider using it or paying for it? Would a free plan (for small sites) and paid tiers (based on responses or sites) seem reasonable? I’d love any thoughts or suggestions. Thanks!
