World's First Mental Gym – No AI Allowed

World's First Mental Gym - NO AI ALLOWED

Many people are already noticing the impact of relying on AI, whether in writing, thinking, brainstorming, and sometimes even direct life-related decision making. The Impact of AI on our brain and our ability to think independently will be similar to the impact of transportation and easy life on our muscles. That is exactly why we need to go to the GYM, because otherwise, our muscles will get weaker and weaker, until eventually, we become even sick. If you don't want the same to happen to your brains, then Join the world's first mental GYM, and invite your friends, at least the ones you don't want their brain to get fat.

Join from the link below, the gym will be hosted on BrainsMingle Link: https://brainsmingle.com/event-details/e0df1e2d-dcf0-44ca-b253-cdd873a446b7

our first session is in exactly 1 month, drop your comments below about what activities you think we should do Here are my main workouts so far: 1- Cognitive Sprints] - Solve logic puzzles - reverse-engineer patterns - Memory recall - Verbal pushups - explain complex ideas in 60 sec

2-Survive the Meeting (Roleplay Simulation) Format: One person is “on the spot” explaining a concept, handling tough questions, or making decisions live — no prep, no AI, real pressure. Examples: "Your product just failed — explain it to investors." "Your client wants a decision now — go." "You forgot your slides. Present anyway."

3. Zero-Tool Strategy Sessions Format: You’re given a situation and must plan it with no Google, Notion, or whiteboards. Just verbal thinking. Examples: “Build a go-to-market strategy for X in 2 mins.” “Outline a new feature without writing it down.” “Pitch your product without slides.” Great for: Business builders, marketers, creators.

4. Cognitive Duel (1v1 Fast Debate) Format: Two participants debate on opposite sides of a hot topic. Fast-paced, with timers. Example Topics: “AI will replace 80% of knowledge jobs.” “Bootcamps > degrees.” “Remote work is making us dumber.” Great for: Thought leaders, critical thinkers, verbal processors.

5. Blind Spot Blitz (Group Drill) Format: One person presents an idea. The rest try to poke holes in it — respectfully, fast, with no Google help. Example Use Case: “You’re launching a product in X market. Where will it fail?” “Here’s your plan. Where’s the flaw?” Great for: Strategists, engineers, founders.
