How is it known where the drone operator is from? For example how is it know the drone was not under Hamas control? with the aim of generating anger towards Israel. I feel this is plausible given the way Hanas ( hiding in tunnels ) seems not to care at all about Gaza people living on the surface.

( I'm assuming it was seem to be a drone type that Israel normally uses - so Israel got the blame)
