Also Claude code used to feel amazing but it got buffed when they moved to monthly pricing, so I just tough of making my own one which helps me and is according to my needs.
So I made code24.ai, its an independent desktop app using electron so it doesnt live inside vscode, it lives separately has its own terminal (no need to switch tabs), also works as peer programmer, debugger or vibe coder. Am using it daily and loving it. Try it out.
