"Ice cream is still ice cream, and soda is still soda"
Is a hefty dig on ice cream ... Which I compared nutritionally to a "Greek yogurt" last week... And the ice cream won, dietary fiber, lower carbs.. and only slightly higher saturated fat, and slightly lower in protein (but by fewer grams than the sugar)
Many foods have lost their fiber and protein, where they are practically less healthy than ice cream.
And then Sodas, some are getting dietary fiber, flavored sparkling water is a thing you could count in the category... So now it's healthier than many only complex carb foods.

Sugars? 28g vs. 5.5g. The other things might be good for you, but too much sugar is very bad for you.

This particular ice cream had 17g of sugar, but the sweetened Greek yogurt (Greek gods vanilla) had 23g!
Both for ⅔ cup
Other factors, 7g protein in yogurt (4g in ice cream), 2g dietary fiber in ice cream (cookie crumble) 0g in yogurt, 3.5g fat in ice cream 0g in yogurt
