Show HN: Manage all your tasks and teams directly from WhatsApp

https://done-copilot.com/
3•NinoMuna•17h ago
As Ops Manager I got super frustrated about team members who never marked tasks as completed, no matter where I assigned them - so I always had to text and check. Almost every team has a parallel WhatsApp group or discusses on chats, and that's why I launched Done-Copilot - and understandably, these people are always on the go, without a laptop and without the time to click and select fields.

Done-Copilot is the first task manager that runs completely on WhatsApp, through a dedicated Chatbot, where you can manage all your tasks and teams directly in a chat.

It avoids additional apps needed and long onboarding time, it's already in almost everyone's phone and completely removes the friction of use. Just register and start chatting.

It can be used

- For personal tasks as it has reminders, agenda, to-dos and notification logic (working on integrating Calendar to manage events too).

- For Team Management you can create and assign tasks to specific members, areas, teams and with really complex logics (E.g. All the Ops Managers in DC needs to perform task x) - each of them will receive a task, and as soon as they say that's completed, you are being notified.

You can also access to a web dashboard to review flows, tasks, teams and performances, but almost everything can be done just through a message.

I'm releasing it because tests went really well, it can be used in a lot of situation and I hope it can help people on a daily basis, removing friction and the need to use 10 different apps.
