Ask HN: Has Cloudflare blocked your domain without notice?

14•turowicz•3h ago
I had transferred the domain from Godaddy to Cloudflare because I use the DNS there anyway. Everything was working well and then suddenly it stopped.

We can't receive emails and our clients can't use our web applications. We are in serious trouble.

I spoke to support on their chat but they told me only to file the ticket with Trust & Safety team.

The business is loosing money and the support team is closing tickets without helping.

PS. we upgraded to business plan to see if the support team can help but it didn't change anything at all.

Dear Cloudflare & Community,

We are begging for help.

You have suspended our domain because we failed to click the email verification link that was sent to us. In consequence our company cannot operate in receiving emails and provide services via our web applications. This is seriously hurting our company and will probably lose business.

We cannot resend the verification email because it is being sent to the blocked domain, therefore we need you to unsuspend it so we can complete the verification process.

Please help us immediately. The company is losing serious amounts of money and clients are very angry. We have already upgraded our support tier but they told us that we need to go to "abuse".

Wojciech
