I'm happy to announce that ipcoin is officially released!
ipcoin is the first recentralized cryptocurrency that utilizes an Implicit Identity Architecture (IIA) which uses the incoming IP address to automatically identify and authenticate users.

I mostly made this feature to build something with gRPC Gateway and distract myself from a larger side project.
Implemented features:
* Each hour, every IP address in existence gets 1 ipcoin
* Transfer ipcoins between IP addresses
* Publish public comments
* Every transfer and comment is public and published alongside the IP address that made them
