If real sounds more like a severe case of NPD than psychosis. Really doubt they'd been "good" before this. Unfortunately no cure for that one.

I'm surprised I haven't seen an intersection of r/gangstalking and AI chat bots yet, though, to be fair, I haven't exactly been looking for it. If people believe that LLMs are authoritative, it's going to be rough convincing them that their delusions being confirmed by their chat bot of choice isn't proof they're correct.

I think we're moving into dangerous territory for those people who already have a tenuous grasp on reality.
