Show HN: My job search was a mess of spreadsheets, so I built an AI copilot

Hi HN,

My last job search was a chaotic mess of spreadsheets, scattered notes, and dozens of CV versions. I couldn't find a single tool to manage the whole process, so I built one.

Sagarty is a web app that acts as an end-to-end workspace for your job search. Here's how it works: - It starts with a central Talent Profile for all your skills and experiences. - It analyzes job descriptions to give you a Fit Score and shows you where the gaps are. - It helps you generate tailored CVs and Cover Letters for each role. - It preps you for interviews with company intelligence and helps structure your answers using the STAR method.

It's in a free, open beta. I'm looking for honest feedback on the workflow and the AI-generated content. All thoughts and criticisms are welcome.

You can try it here: www.sagarty.com

Thanks for taking a look.

I was anticipating a long job search so I made one of those in December 2016. I was at my wit's end and even managed to roll my car on Dec 31. Funny I saw a job I really wanted at an AI company right away, got an interview, talked about my AI assistant for job seeking and got the job.

ha ha, so it did help you land your next job :) If you're up to it, give it a look and let me know if it's better or worse than what you built...

Do you have to enter the job descriptions yourself or does it harvest them somehow?

you enter URLs (Linkedin, company website, Indeed...) and we do all the work
