NV Formation Fee

I'm trying to create a C Corp in NV using the standard practice of 10M shares with a par value of $.00001. However, NV is calculating the authorized capital value of the company as $10,010,000 with a formation fee of $5,600.

Is this correct or we doing something wrong?
