How about things like NoScript JavaScript blockers? They don't futz with the DOM, at least directly.

What about DNS blocks?

If I am a German citizen, am I required to run other people's code now?

How does this play with DNS blocking of "pirate web sites"? How can a judge or jury tell one use from the other?
