Show HN: Engagerly – Turn Discord Members Active with Gamified Rewards

https://engagerly.bot/
1•roy_w•2h ago
Hi HN!

Keeping Discord communities active is hard — most members join and quickly disappear. Engagerly is a bot that helps community builders turn passive members into active contributors using gamified tasks and automated rewards.

Set up custom tasks (e.g. post content, follow on X/Bluesky, react to messages) and automatically reward members with points, roles, or items. Everything is configurable to fit your community’s style and goals.

Key Features

- Custom Tasks & Automation – Reward Discord activity, social posts, invites, or wallet-linked actions.

- Points & Leaderboards – Fully customizable points and rankings to track engagement.

- Points Shop & Giveaways – Spend points for roles/items; gamified, skill-based giveaways.

- Optional Minigames – Coin flip game to wager points for fun and prizes.

- Dashboard & Commands – Manage the bot via web dashboard or Discord commands.

- Growth Tools – Role-gated missions, invite tracking, and retention monitoring.

Engagerly is already in use by early communities, and we’re iterating based on feedback. Not open source yet, but open to collaborations and integrations.

Try it here: https://engagerly.bot

We’d love to hear what the HN community thinks — especially if you’re building community tools or care about user activation/retention.
