I was setting Google's method of handing my account over in case I died not long ago. I stopped when they had a spot for me to write something personal. I didn't want to write it, I wanted to write a good letter.
Not long ago a friend died of cancer, far too young. He fought and I think had to know his odds were low (very low based on the type of cancer). He took a vacation with his family, wife and kids. His last weekend came very fast, faster than anyone anticipated.
His funeral arrangements and some other things were best guesses of his wishes because even though his odds were low he didn't make all his wishes known.
I think now it's better I write a bad letter rather than none.
