I wrote The Creator’s Oath as a pledge for software builders who want to create tools that honor integrity, simplicity, and the user’s freedom.

The Oath sets out eleven principles (integrity, empowerment, data ownership, AI as servant, simplicity, disciplined craft, transparent profit, long-term durability, respectful collaboration, stillness, and finding reward in the work itself).
