I'm really glad neither Obama nor Biden realized that the US President had this much power. Can you imagine the howls of protest from media opinion writers? Can you imagine how tedious the Congressional hearings would have been? How horrible the court cases, staggering slowly to ultimately having the Supreme Court strike down whatever Obama or Biden ruled on? It would have been gruesome.

Now, the media just reports on it unemotionally, no court cases, no hearings, no bellowing pundits. This is great.
