I'm happy with Bluesky but what happened to Threads (and also "x"?)

5•adinhitlore•5mo ago
So recently I decided to give Bluesky a go and while it's far from perfect (e.q. those hong kong girls who take photos hiding their faces and ask you about crypto are all over bluesky too), YET: it's fantastic in most other ways - exposure, light non-sluggish interface, free speech within reasonable limits, non-toxic, adequate recommendation algo, far less authoritarian and less snobby than x.com. Not to mention how the founder is somewhere in top 20 or top 30 most followed account unlike Musk who is weirdly no 1.

Threads.net however...what the actual f@ck? I got banned immediately without even linking my IG and hint: I've been using IG for like 5 years, without a single ban or warning. But regardless, i signed up with email only: then...ban. I waited 2 days, unbanned! Great? Or so i thought lol: I then posted 2-3 things that I thought were relatively benign? The most "shocking" post while very political and opiniated was literally posting in a thread about the Gaza genocide: "Us europeans are against Netanyahu and not against israel but i know idiots will call me 'antisemitic' anyway + I'm even listening to omer adam now" (i mean it had happened many times before so it's not a baseless guess = anything against the official politics of isreal will get you labeled "antisemitic"). I also posted that LLAMA is bad and it needs improvement...and basically nothing too hateful, disgusting etc. So unless Netanyahu controls America and Zuckerberg I can't believe this got me banned? Zuckerberg is just strange these days, be it the LLAMA 4 failure, billion $ poaches, threads.net, mma obsession like wth

In addition, it will be great if Bluesky integrate maybe Chatgpt or something like grok but better than grok obviously. Or maybe allow longer upload of high quality video.
