We built tollfree.connect-ez.com because Skype discontinued its free toll-free calling service. For years, people relied on it to reach U.S. and Canadian 1-800 numbers from abroad—banks, airlines, government offices, and customer support desks. When Skype pulled the plug, it left a gap.

We try and work with disruptive, SIM-less telephony at Connect-EZ. Instead of relying on phone numbers and SIM cards, we make calls work over data connections — web, mobile apps, or Wi-Fi—using email or browser-based IDs. The toll-free dialer is a simple example: open the site, type in the toll-free number (like 1800XXXXXXX), and click Call Now. The call connects instantly in your browser—no app download, no account signup, no hidden fees.
