My favorite person from the longer form NY Times article about this (https://www.nytimes.com/2025/08/10/us/mark-zuckerberg-palo-a...) is the 1 neighbor who is surrounded on 3 sides by Zuckerberg and refuses to sell.

I wonder if Zuckerberg knows what a dick move that is. Did he intend it as the middle finger that it appears to be?
