Oooh, I've been wanting something like this. I find that after a while I lose track of all the additions or modifications Claude made and it's not very ergonomic scrolling through my terminal history to track them, so I end up just letting Claude do what it wants and then rolling everything back when it inevitably breaks. I'll check this out.
