Show HN: Sequoia – App to Improve Male Sexual Health Without Pills

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sequoia-mens-sexual-health/id1553925344

Hey HN,

I’m Aliaksei Saskevich, CTO & Software Engineer at Sequoia Health. My team and I have built an iOS app to help men improve their sexual health through lifestyle changes and guided exercises — no medications involved.

We noticed that many men struggle to talk about sexual health and often seek help only when things get critical. Our goal is to offer a science-backed, stigma-free tool that helps earlier and more effectively.

What makes Sequoia different:

- Exercises are personalized based on the IIEF test (International Index of Erectile Function).

- Content is written by certified sexologists and psychologists on our team.

- We offer optional online consultations with real specialists.

- We’re building a structured knowledge base focused on practical, non-pharmaceutical solutions.

Achievements so far:

- Partnered with a local lab to offer discounts to users.

- Members of the World Association of Sexologists.

- Official partners of UNFPA.

- Ranked #2 and #5 Product of the Day on Product Hunt: https://www.producthunt.com/products/sequoia-men-s-sexual-we....

Results:

- We ran a user survey inside the app — 79% of respondents reported improvements in their sexual health. Full report: https://sequoia.health/research/research-report-user-survey-...

- The study was accepted and presented at a medical conference.

Current features:

- 21-day exercise plan with progressive difficulty

- Symptom tracker

- Articles by medical professionals

- Calendar & reminders

- Regular checkups

- Health stats dashboard

What we’re working on now:

- AI-driven personalization: We’re developing an AI module that analyzes user input and IIEF results to recommend tailored exercise plans and summarize the user’s current health status in clear, actionable terms.

- Integrated online consultations: Users can now book sessions directly with certified sexologists and psychologists through the app — for deeper guidance, emotional support, or clarification on their progress.

Pricing:

- Limited free features

- Monthly: $19.99

- 3 Months: $38.99

- Annual: $69.99

- Lifetime: $199.99

Would love feedback on:

- UI/UX: What works, what doesn’t?

- Features: What feels essential, missing, or over-complicated?

- Pricing: Does it feel fair for what’s offered?

- Motivation: What drives users to pay for health apps like this?

Try it here: https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-store/id1553925344

We’re iOS-only for now and actively looking for an Android developer to help us expand.

Thanks for reading — happy to answer any questions or dive deeper into the tech, research, or product decisions.
