I built VDPR. You give it a niche and a video limit. It pulls transcripts, finds repeated problems and actions, and turns them into ranked product ideas with links back to the videos.

I made it for physical products (FBA-style), but it’s also good at digital ideas. Comments like “where is this?” often point to a missing directory. “What app/template is that?” suggests a template, plugin, or small SaaS. “Any step-by-step?” → course or guide.

Example: in a “home/pets” pass, interactive cat toys surfaced (100+ mentions across 23 videos) due to indoor boredom, night noise, and toy fatigue. Physical angles: quiet/night-mode, modular tracks. Digital angles: an apartment-safe gear directory with noise ratings, or an “indoor enrichment” guide.
