The shooter must have known what that rooftop, and especially the edge of the roof was like. There's no way that anyone will decide to dangle off the lip of the roof and drop at least 10 feet to the ground in the heat of the moment. Looked like the shooter was hustling, but had it figured out - no false moves, no oopsies. He had done this before.
