We are working on designing a web/app to help citizens have the knowledge needed to improve their community and elect people who best represent their interests. We are looking for talent to make this platform a reality. Any help is welcome.

That sounds like a valuable initiative. If you want to attract contributors and collaborators, it might help to share more specifics:
- What stage the project is at (concept, prototype, MVP, etc.)
- What roles or skill sets you’re looking for (engineering, design, product, policy, community building, etc.)
- How people can get involved (GitHub repo, mailing list, Slack/Discord, etc.)
- What values or guiding principles the platform is built on (nonpartisan, open source, transparency, etc.)
