Mindify Cortex — AI-powered workspace for product teams and engineers

We’ve been working on Mindify Cortex, an AI-powered workspace that helps product teams and founders focus on decisions instead of busywork.

Cortex combines an agent layer with your workflow so you can:

- Summarize and query across docs, chats, and data with the help of an AI workflow and agent. - Automate repetitive workflows (status reports, docs, syncs) and automate the knowledge collection with our radar feature. - Collaborate with AI agents that stay aware of your project context.

Why we built it:

- As founders, we kept drowning in docs, updates, and context-switching. Tools either gave us raw AI (ChatGPT tabs) or rigid project software. We wanted something in between: flexible like an agent, structured like a workspace.

Where it’s at:

- Public beta launched today. - Core features live: doc ingestion, agent queries, workflow templates. - Still rough around the edges — we’re eager for feedback.

Try it here: cortex.mindifyai.dev

We’d love to hear from you:

- What use-cases resonate (or don’t)? - Where would you want an AI workspace to plug in? - What would make you trust this for actual work?

Thanks for reading, and thanks in advance for feedback (critical or otherwise). We’ll be around in the comments all day.

— Mark & team at Mindify AI
