What's with all the up-talk and "filler" that ChatGPT is doing? Also it feels extremely patronizing.

I don't want a buddy, I want the computer from Star Trek. Concise, to the point and asking the right questions.

IMO, having ChatGPT answer like this is what causes certain people to fall into what they call "AI Psychosis".
