From an external non-US point of view, it looks like the opposite: the radicalization has been hard to the right. In a post-truth environment where loud speech is the most effective, it is natural for this to be denied and weaponized.

Well, I had wondered when the Niemöller poem was going to reach me. It's sooner than I expected.

I don't recall donating to anything that was specifically anti-fascist, but I'm sure that there's some kind of connection to be made. I've certainly spoken out against what I see as an increasingly fascist set of policies... and I suppose this proves me right.
