Hey there,
As a solo dev tired of my own scattered YouTube tabs during workouts (you know the drill: bookmark a HIIT video from Athlean-X, a yoga flow from Yoga with Adriene, then forget where it all lives), I created ProgramPulse with rork.com – a simple iOS app that lets you clip YouTube URLs on the fly, organize them into daily/weekly/monthly fitness plans, track your progress, and even share routines with training buddies.
No more endless scrolling or premium subscriptions to bloated apps. Just copy a video URL from YouTube or Safari (via clipboard or share sheet), drag-and-drop to build your program, and tap to play directly in the YouTube app (with AirPlay support for your TV). It's lightweight, intuitive, and focused on what matters: getting you moving without the friction.
Key bits under the hood:
Seamless import: Grabs URLs effortlessly – no manual entry nonsense.
Flexible structuring: Mix cardio, strength, mobility into custom plans that adapt to your life.
Progress tracking: Log completions, notes, and streaks to stay motivated.
Sharing: Export programs as links for accountability partners.
Created with rork.com for that clean iOS feel, and it's a one-time purchase at ~$10 – no ads, no IAP grind.
Live on the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/ae/app/programpulse-fitness/id6748835...
Feedback welcome – does this solve a pain point for you? What's your go-to YouTube fitness hack? Would love to hear if folks want Android or integrations (e.g., Apple AI, Health etc).
Cheers

I still don’t get how to structure my training process. Like, I enjoy doing yoga, found a YouTube channel with workouts. But every time I still have to waste time searching for the right workout for the right muscle group and all that. Basically, a bunch of time wasted.

With this app you can create required training programs by grouping them daily programs which you name as way you like.
Then just stream them via iPhone YouTube app to your TV.
