Been life changing. I have the prototype running and I'm doing live tests in public and with trusted friends. I have $1000 for this project and I would like to be able to make a living from it. Here are some of it's use cases.
It lets you wear glasses so that as people come up to you their emotions based on voice, body language, and other metrics are expressed as a color coded roi set. It helps me understand people's emotions in a way my neurodivergence hindered.
I've also developed a new computer vision model for use in this case. The software and hardware are portable and able to be shown.
I'm building the server for the multiple person chat video client. I also built software to run the system on a home computer, videos and photos.
Usecases as far as I see at the moment:
AI and Robotics. They understand humans emotions in a way they can reconcile. I've been a researcher for OpenAI since gpt 3.5. I designed my own ai and robot about half a decade ago. Wrote books on how to do. They've been banned in a couple countries. Too dangerous.
Medical. Know when patients are distressed or happy. Originally I made this with the intent to combine it with my brain computer interface software to see how coma patients and paraplegics, stroke victims, or those with palsy could communicate.
Industrial. Know when morale is low or who's causing fights or may be dangerous. It tracks that too.
Communication. Know what you're missing. It's utterly life changing.
Gaming. Know the exact emotions of your League members. That alone could be sold to twitch as gamer vision I think.
AR. The glasses ecosystem. It runs on python so it's ideal for porting to many systems.
VR. It will eventually be made for meta quest headsets. Chat and web codec.
Can you think of anything or anyone that would be interested in seeing it?
Have an excellent weekend.
P.S. I have photos and videos to share. I'll make a blog post tonight show what I can.
