pretty much, but also a very decent article on the trade off of economic development vs cultural preservation. Worth a read, if you get past the 'China bad' vibe, which tbh is inherent in any Western media these days

It's got a strange tone.
You'd hope the repeated references to the decade-long, illegal (both internationally and domestically) bombing campaign waged on the country was an intentional if heavy-handed way to point to a better future of economic cooperation and clean energy.
Yet a few engineers getting together to celebrate a project's first successful operation after completion is portrayed as a much darker and more ominous occurrence.
