Government via tick tok viral health advice.

Doctors hate it!

(and they should...)

billy99k•1h ago
I hated it during Covid, yet anyone that talked about things like blood clots from the vaccine were censored. It turns out they were right, and many of the early covid vaccine shots caused blood clots and killed people.

I even remember during Halloween, a neighbor had a decoration with a bunch of grave stones and one of them said: "getting a second opinion from your doctor".

To now flip-flop from: we need to trust our government and our doctors without question to: not trusting a single thing coming from the current administration is dangerous.

I think one of the other problems is that there were no arrests/jail time for Democrat officials during this time (Biden pardoned them all) and it's just ignored and brushed under the carpet as if nothing happened.

Why should I believe the government when only a Democrat is in power and why should I get my livelihood taken and censored for my opinion?

I think you should trust the advice based on science.

> many of the early covid vaccine shots caused blood clots and killed people

No. “Many” is the absolute wrong qualifier here. By mid 2024, over 13 billion doses of vaccine had been administered. I don’t know what number of people died of blood clots as a result, but I am very sure that it’s not “many”. I’d hazard a guess that the number may not even be “statistically significant” (though that sounds really cold and harsh).

I remember when my wife was pregnant, she was talking about vaccines and how she had patients coming in and mentioning how many women had miscarriages after a vaccine.

The number was a big scary number… but actually no different than just the regular miscarriage rate.

Given Trump's horrid track record with Covid treatment advice, which has been linked to thousands of deaths, why would anyone listen to this man regarding any medical advice?
