When two people are responsible for something, no one is

This could be a convenient way to lead an org making terrible choices without having any one individual at the head to answer for those decisions

Is the idea that these CEO's need more time to get into the details? At a big org that sounds less than ideal.

My more general concern would be that real leadership is pretty rare, finding two great leaders seems highly unlikely.
