Ask HN: What type of CRM re u using?

1•orbanlevi•4mo ago
I’m getting a bit fed up that there are a bunch of CRM systems, but I can’t tell which one to choose. Each of them tries to sell itself with something, there are new-generation ones and old veterans that have grown a bit too big. I can’t believe there isn’t a proper comparison where I can pick the features that matter to me and make a decision based on that. Not to mention that ever since, I’ve only been getting ads about CRMs.

I need a CRM within a small team 10-50, collecting informations about leads and manage emails / leads in one place. Reporting and analytics. Nice to have if has automation or workflows and can send marketing emails from them.

Most marketers would start off with Hubspot in this scenario. Easy to use. Scales nicely. Zoho and Marketo are other options - but they get a lot of complaints as the company grows. In one circumstance I've used Mailchimp for a small team with limited needs. If needed - a Marking Ops person could help you create your martech strategy, implement and configure tools, set up automations and workflows.

What about other alternatives like Attio? Twenty? Folk? These are the new kids in the block, no?
