When a submission is renamed/retitled by mods, it's no longer hidden for people who have previously hidden it. Could hides please be keyed by submission ID rather than title in whatever data store holds hidden submissions?

It seems that submissions are being retitled after posting much more frequently than in the past which has made it more visible.
