Are carriers "floating coffins" that will be the first target of long-range missiles in the event of a conflict? Or are they a critical platform for projecting power?
Can they be both things at the same time? Maybe, but it's weird to see anxiety that carriers are now useless at the same time as concern that peers are building them.
