They are almost definitely either proxy, SMS verification or SMS spam

This is 10000% not to break the cell tower. It is proffessional bot farm for SMS verify (imagine its TIKTOK account, FB account, TWITTER account..)/spamming. They want cell tower up to be able to continue this activities.

There is so much misinformation and missing information in this story. What exactly were all those things used for? They could have done a lot of things, but what were they doing? How is it possible that not a single person was arrested? That part strains credibility. Surely a couple people were involved, where are they?
