The early signs were things like Zuckerberg hyping up the Metaverse when it was so clearly a dud. There was no one around him to tell him. Fast forward a few years and Travis Kalanick is saying he’s discovered a new kind of physics via AI chat, Thiel says it’s going to bring about a biblical prophecy.

They’ve lost the plot. And the tech industry continues to make them richer.
