I thought the initial "how" is automatically removed from titles? It's totally useless here...

I'm the OP.
"How" is removed from titles automatically (as are other superfluous words like 'weird' or 'amazing' IIRC).
But a submitter can edit the title after submission and add it back in.
I do that occasionally when the title feels weird without it. I did that in this case.

That's a fantastic idea!
Are there spaces/sites that apply the same idea of shared space and equipment for other kinds of businesses? I am thinking of woodworking, pottery, electronics, etc.

So this is a ghost kitchen. Link if anyone is interested in this business model. I don’t consider virtual kitchen as good of as a term since people are not virtually working there but have a time share rental of the space like renting computer time.
