I assume Netflix does not merely use the PPP but also considers the demand curve for its own product. That curve won't translate to different products and locales, so I would not base business decisions on this. For example, in a particular region there may be many substitutes to Netflix, causing pressure on its demand, but not in whatever sector your product is in. And vice versa. In case it needed saying.
