I’ve been working on a project called VenturePulse, which grew out of my own struggle trying to validate startup ideas.
Initially, I leaned heavily on tools like ChatGPT or Claude. They were good at generating ideas, but I ran into recurring issues:
- Results were inconsistent, the same prompt often produced very different answers. - There was no structured framework (e.g. SWOT, financial projections, risk analysis). - The knowledge cutoff meant missing current trends and competitor information. - Analysis was fragmented across multiple chats, with no coherence. - Converting all of this into something usable (like an investor deck) took days.
VenturePulse tries to address these gaps by combining a few things in one workflow:
- Cross-model AI verification: querying multiple AI models and surfacing where they agree or disagree. - Real-time data: pulling in competitor and market data from the web. - Standardized frameworks: structuring results as SWOT, risk matrices, and financial scenarios. - Scoring: giving a quick “PulseGrade” across different dimensions. - Outputs: generating reports, landing pages for early testing, and investor-style pitch decks.
The focus is on speed (3–5 minutes per analysis) and coherence (tying all the parts together instead of juggling multiple tools).
You can check it out here: https://venturepulse.app
I’d love feedback on:
- Whether “multi-AI verification” feels useful or gimmicky. - If the frameworks align with how you’d actually evaluate an idea. - Any obvious holes you see, or things you’d want to add.
This is still evolving... so I’m more interested in honest feedback than marketing right now.
Thanks for taking a look!
